A Loan Processor known and respected for over 20 years in the San Diego area, but first and foremost, for my depth of knowledge about the loan process. I believe that a comprehensive understanding of loan requirements makes for a smoother loan process.  Detail-oriented, results-driven, and performance-focused professional with broad-based experience in mortgage loan management; complemented with in-depth knowledge of state and federal loan programs including Federal Housing Administration, U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, and U.S. Department of Agriculture. Bob LaDue brings more than a 16 years of experience to Mortgage and Real Estate business. He started with Pacific One Financial where all people should in the processing division learning the necessary processes of the business.  He quickly was promoted to a lead Loan Officer where he excelled quickly.  He then moved on as a branch manager of Omni Home Financing where he gained experience in the Reverse mortgage side of the business. He has closed hundreds of VA, FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, Reverse Mortgage, and Hard Money loans throughout his career. Bob has been the number one producer for three years in a row at his brokerage, which has over 100 licensed agents. As an agent who is an expert in this local area, he brings a wealth of mortgage broker knowledge and expertise surrounding real estate sales. 

Bob has his Certified Negotiation Expert designation through the National Association of Realtors which really puts his above other Realtors in the area.  Bob has a BA in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in S.C. with a minor in Hospitality and Tourism which shows with his impeccable service.  He loves to learn the new and upcoming strategies which this fast-paced real estate world offers. He constantly pursues education opportunities in order to stay ahead of other mortgage companies.  If there is a potential savings available through a refinance or if there is a way to get pre-approved for a new home purchase, Bob LaDue will find the best loan product for you. On his off time or days off, Bob enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 3 children.  Bob has coached his daughter in the LA Galaxy soccer league in Carlsbad.  Bob is currently a member at the Shadowridge Golf club and also a member at the Freedom Boat club, both of which are his top hobbies.

Education, B.S. in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, from Columbia College, Columbia, MO (2018); A.S. in technology from Central Texas College, Kellen TX (2007).Asa is a 25-year Marine Corps veteran who brings with him a wealth of experience as an organizational leader, strategic planner, project manager, and sales team director offering trusted leadership, successful sales, marketing, consulting, and administrative accuracy. He possesses first-rate personal, analytical, negotiating, and communications skills. You can be certain that you are working with a knowledgeable professional who has spent a quarter century in support of others. 

He values God, family and community. Asa continues to serve those values by helping family, friends, veterans and those he meets along the way achieve their real estate needs. When Asa is not working, he can be found assisting as a coach and mentor to kids alongside his 2 daughters as a member of a local Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school or exploring wine country with his Wife of 26 years. They love trying new restaurants, wineries, supporting small businesses, spending time outdoors, walking their 4 dogs, hiking, and enjoying the surrounding beaches and mountain life.
