We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Bob LaDue. Bob was highly recommended on Zillow. Other than that, we were pretty much taking our chances on him. We were second-time home buyers, but first-time home buyers in the US, with little knowledge of home buying processes in California. In short: We weren't sure what to expect…

A coworker of mine recommended searching on Zillow for an agent and lender. I did a query for a pre-approval, and Bob contacted me right away. He explained the entire process and took time to answer my many questions. I explained my search criteria, and he set me up with a search engine that same day. I immediately found listings in which I wanted to view. Bob scheduled the viewings and took view them, even though it was a holiday (Veterans' Day). While looking at homes he gave us his honest opinion, and never tried to push us into something. In the end, we decided on a condo in the first building we looked at. We were not the only couple to place an offer, but Bob was able to negotiate with the seller's agent and convinced them to accept our offer!

After our offer was accepted Bob walked us through the entire mortgage/loan process. He patiently answered all of our questions along the way, and always answered calls and emails promptly. In the end, we closed on our condo on time and without any problems!
